Bridging the Health Insurance Affordability Gap

Bridgewell Health partnered with Trailmark Creative to develop and manage all aspects of its brand. From initial branding to content strategy, website development, and ongoing sales and marketing support, we're proud to help this secondary medical benefits product gain the brand presence and voice that it needs to impact an industry.

Challenge

It's well documented. The affordability of group health insurance and health insurance coverage has become increasingly unsustainable for small to mid-sized employers.  Enter Bridgewell Health, a preventive and wellness service plan that meets the minimum requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) but goes further, providing employees with tangible limited medical benefits.  Bridgewell needed a brand and content strategy that would quickly differentiate it in the marketplace.

The Path Forward

For this project, we had a blast creating the Bridgewell brand from the ground up and providing this startup with the credibility it needed from a brand standpoint to take the market head-on. Our initial branding work led to two iterations of their website, and we were tasked with the creative and content strategy for all of their sales collateral, proposal quoting, and email marketing efforts. We even did some custom development work for the brand's agent portal, including agent licensing, training, and proposal quoting.
